Will I receive an email with submitted data after going away from / making payment on PayPal?

Upon pressing the Submit button it directs me to the PayPal area but I do not receive an email with the submitted data.  My question is, will it send the submitted data to my email after payment with PayPal?

Yes, that is correct. If the form is integrated to Paypal, your customer will have to send the payment first before you receive the data to your email or to your form submissions page. Otherwise, that will become incomplete. Please check this guide for incomplete payments:
