Unfortunately, we have not received any update form our back end team yet. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that one of our developer is already looking into this issue. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from our back end team.
Please let us know with which form you are having this issue with? I did test it and I am unable to replicate the issue. I was able to download the submissions in PDF.
We will wait for your response.

One of our forms, "New OB Appointment" requires you to log on to view the submissions. I have provided a set of users at my institution access to view these forms. When a submission is received, they get a notification in their mailbox with a link that requires them to log on. Once they log on, there is an option to "Get PDF". When the user clicks on this link, they are asked if the want to open or save the file, but the file extension reads - and consequently, does not save or open:

I see that this concern and bug has already been escalated and assigned to one of our developers. Unfortunately, we don't have an update for you right now, but rest assure that they are already aware of it and taking a closer look of the issue.
I do have a workaround in mind, please do try "www" or "http://www.jotform.com" when viewing the Submissions page.
What we are avoiding is using the protocol https:// when viewing and downloading the submissions, this prevents us from doing it.

Thank you for continuing to look into my request. Ideally, this would be working with HTTPS as you mentioned - however, your workaround does work indeed. Using HTTP vs HTTPS does make a difference - and allows me to download the PDF version of our submissions as intended.
Please do let us know if/when the HTTPS version is in working order?

Thanks for updating us. I'll inform our developers regarding this, for the meantime, if you need urgent access and need to download your submissions, you can try the workaround mentioned.

The PDF download issue has now been fixed so you should now be able to download your submissions correctly.
