I designed a form for Lions Christmas Cakes but when I fill it in it will not send to my email address. Can you help me with this?

Hello Aussiegerard,
I did check your form which you have embedded in your web page and there seems to be multiple issues. You have not added notification email alert yet. It only has one auto-responder which is also not configured correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
Here are the steps to resolve your issue:
1. Add a notification email alert to send the submission emails to your email address. The following guides should help you:
https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
2. In the auto-responder email alert, you should set the "Recipient Email" to the email address of your form and not "Surname" field. You should select/add the "Sender E-mail" in your notification as this is required to be added for your notification alert to work.
You can select "noreply@jotform.com", "noreply@formresponse.com" or you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. This guide should help you:

Hope this helps.
Thank you!
