Account suspension problem when using terms like Login,Sign in, Log onAsked by members1 on December 04, 2014 at 02:08 AM
In this form I have change the text of submit button in to “Proceed”. But I want to use “SIGN IN” or “SIGNIN” or “LOG ON” text in place of word “Proceed”. Is it possible to do that? if not then please suggest me which word(s) will be perfect to use here. I am asking this because few days ago I have change this text to LOGIN but my form was suspended.
If you please provided the list of the word which may cause of suspension of my free account, I shall be very grateful to you. In the terms and condition page it is not clearly said to users.
Thank You….. Have a good day.
Well, it's safe to use these terms for as long as you form is not used for Phishing. We have an automatic phishing filter, but we can whitelist your form if it going to suspend your account right after you use it.
Thanks for your reply… but I have no idea about the term “whitelist”…please explain it (if possible) ....and if it means that my particular this form + form will not be suspended again for using “LOGIN” as text in submit button then please confirm me …
I have also another form http://form.jotform.me/form/43253225179454 .. I am requesting you to check it and I also want to use “LOGIN” as text in submit button… can I do that? (if there is any problem in your automatic phishing filter for using “Login” then I have some options LOG ON, SIGN IN … you can suggest me to use any of them)
In my understanding about "Whitelist" if the account is suspended by our Automatic Phishing Detector means you violate our Terms so you will be automatically suspended, then after that we will check your account on our system, if we do not found any suspicious in your account and your forms are clean, we can put you in the Whilelist so means your account are clean again but does not means you will not suspended again, if you violate again then you will be suspended.
I would suggest use the word "Submit" not LOG ON, SIGN IN, LOGIN words. :)
