    Hi there,

     

    This url adress http://form.jotform.com/form/UAbCQES20112012_2fase goes to a form that is not mine. 2 days ago i disabled my form and today i had to enable again, Surprise, whem i go to the url adress it opens a some kind of spanish form that does not belong to my company.And it is not the first time that this happens. It is urgent to solve this problem.

    Hi ualv,

    Thank you for your message. I was able to confirm the issue you reported. The form with ID# 10072212306 is created by another user. 

    May we ask for the title of your form that should appear in the URL you provided? Did you make any changes in the embed code that you used to embed the form into your website? There might have been a typographical error when you re-embedded it. For now, kindly delete the existing embed code and re-embed the embed code. Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

    The form name is "Candidatura ao Curso UALV Curso de Qualificação para Estudos Superiores (CQES) 2ª Edição - 2º Fase" - http://form.jotform.com/form/UAbCQES20112012_2fase - and i did not changed anything, just disabled it. Do i really have to change the url adress? i re-embed but it still doesn't work.

    Thanks for the prompt response. Please use the following embed code instead:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/12414446117" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2155px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    or just replace the 11-digit Form ID in your current embed code to 12414446117.

    Hello again. This is getting really bad. All of the forms that are active are working. But if i go to the visualize tool, it goes, again, to a mexican soap opera form page. What is going on?

    For example i've just created a form, went to the embed form wizard - on the direct link - wrote, UAb_201112_FP_ConhCompAvaAt:SHT - saved the link - saved the form - again on my forms page - click on visualize tool - and the direct link that opens is http://form.jotform.com/form/UAb_201112_FP_ConhCompAvaAt:SHT - but not my form. It opens a mexican form.

    This is happening in most of my forms. I repeat, i have not changed nothing in the forms. The only action was to create folders to better archive the forms. How can i use a direct link that must have an adress that is not one that finishes in numbers? On the editing option, if i visualize i see the form - http://www.jotform.com/form/12751319174 - but if i go the embed wizard or closing the editing and go to my forms, the mexican form appears.

    Help please.

    There seems to be problem when you are using custom URLs for your forms.

    I am escalating this issue to the developers. They'll endeavour to get to the bottom of the problem as soon as possible.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you are facing. Our developers will do their best in order to fix that problem. We will let you know once it is resolved.

    There is another point I wish to mention. Please open your "Boletim de candidatura à atribuição de Subsídio" form and then re-save it. I am asking for this, because that form was automatically saved under my admin account, so the submit URL was changed a bit. Once you re-save the form it should be fixed. I deeply apologize for that.
