What do I do when not all of my submissions show up on the google spreadsheet?

For our Spring Registration 2015, one of the submissions showed up on our google spreadsheet and one did not. I'm afraid of losing track of submissions. Advice?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Did you make any manual changes in your integrated google spreadsheet after the first submission was received? Please be noted that making any changes in the spreadsheet column names will cause the integration to break.

I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your problem.
