Hi, I've tried to change all referrals to border in css to border:none, but it hasn't been enough. How could I do to remove the external border (with shadow) from http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43363240664351#?
Thanks

Hi,
Are you referring to the actual border including its shadow?
You can use this custom CSS code that I have:
.supernova .form-all {
border:none;
box-shadow: none;
}
The border should remove the actual border of the form, while the box-shadow will only remove the shadow effects around it. You can inject the custom CSS code inside the CSS tab of the Form Designer.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more assistance on this.
Thank you.

Hi,
There is already this code in your jotform
.supernova .form-all {border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;box-shadow: 0 3px 9px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1);}What this means that if you add this code:
.supernova .form-all {
border: none;
box-shadow: none;
}You would have correct code, but equal in importance, so the one that gets assigned later would be the one that sticks on the jotform.
To change this we can include !important which would make your styles more important, but I personally look to avoid them as much as possible since they are very hard at eliminating if so is needed later on (for example if this is assigned to all textboxes and you want to style one differently than the others).
In your case we can do this:
.supernova .form-all {
border: none !important;
box-shadow: none !important;
}or this:
.supernova div.form-all {
border: medium none;
box-shadow: none;
}The div is the element that has the .form-all class assigned to it. Basically we are more specific with the rule and because of it, it gets more important.
In regards to your other question about removal of the image above the jotform, I have moved it to a new thread so that we can avoid any confusion and focus on one point at a time.
You will be able to find it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/469638
Best Regards,

Hi,
I appreciate so much your assistance. You're a very good service. All our attempts are not removing that border.
I'm sorry for long post, but I try to show to you the code of the whole form. Maybe you can see the incongruence.

Hi,
I would suggest that you edit your forms using the Form Designer.
I've checked your form, cloned it and added the custom CSS code.
Here's the cloned form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43383104116950, you can clone it by following this guide, after that you can edit and make use of it.
I hope this helps.
Thanks
