As usual we export only month by month but we realize that some data are lost mainly first hours from first day of month. I can't explain why... The project is next to finish and we would prefer to export entirely data to prevent the lost of some of it.

It is very easy. Click on "My Forms", then "Submissions", scroll down and you will see "Download as" and next to it Excel, CSV

    Hi gicindus,

Bghoro is correct, please go to the submissions page of your form and look for the button below:

Walla! An excel or CSV copy of your form submissions will be saved into your computer.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

@bghoro - thanks for helping our friend out!

    Thanks,

    Allan

    Hi @bghoro and @allanftd

Thank you for your support. We was doing the process related but now the amount of data doesn't allow to download in one file (timeout) so we have to split in many downloads. As i say before, some data are lost and I don't know why.

We want to download the entirely data in one and only file (excel or csv) to prevent loss data.

     Thanks

     Pio

    Hello Pio,

    We apologize for your inconvenience.

I was able to replicate your problem when I tried downloading your submissions for the month period.  I will submit a ticket to our development team to let them know and have this problem fixed.  They will respond to this thread as soon as the bug is fixed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Warm regards,

    Liyam

    Hello Liyam

All we need is entirely data whether it is a dump database or an excel / CSV file. When I download data by month period strange things happen: many rows disappear mainly first day of month.

    Thank you for your support

    Hi Pio,

In this case, for now please start the month's report a few days behind. For example, if you want data from September 1 to 30, 2011, your report start date will be August 30, 2011. Then just delete the unwanted rows (the August 30 and 31 entries) in the Excel report generated.

Hope you still find this information useful. Thank you and enjoy using JotForm!

    Cheers,
    Allan
