    When using the file upload button after browsing how does the file get sent with the submission.

    Hi tomdooley62,

     

    Basically, the file is uploaded through the browser just like any other files. You can check the uploaded file when you go over the submissions in your account. Simply select the form in question then the context sensitive toolbar will allow you to check your submissions as shown in the below screenshot.

    Then you will be able to download the file that your customer uploaded by clicking the right link.

    Based on my observation, JotForm uses Amazon S3 to host your files.
