"Please correct the captcha" error shown when emailing jotform

    I am getting the same error message on an existing form and a new form when I attempt to email it.  It says "please correct the captcha".  I'm not using a captcha! Please help.

    Hi,

    You should have been shown the captcha to fill it out before the message was sent out and it seems that you did not - which would explain the error message that was shown to you.

    If you are not shown the captcha, then I would like to ask you to try the same on a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

    Do let us know if the issue is shown in other browsers as well and the captcha is still not.

    Hello Ben,

    Can you please help me with the same problem? I tried using Firefox and Safari and still got the Captha error with my first form.

    Hi Mindy,

    I see that you have already opened a thread for the same issue http://www.jotform.com/answers/470040

    We will be replying to it shortly and raising it to our developers just as this thread here.

    That way as soon as our developers fix the issue they will update each thread where the issue was mentioned.
