    Hi,

When downloading multiple PDFs from "view form submissions", the submissions are put into 20 into 1 PDF - Yet, each PDF is exactly the same Info & file size. Please Let me know how to fix this, its essential.

    Hi mfaulkner,

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing when downloading your submissions.

Can you inform us which form you are having this issue with? Also is this only occurring on one form or all of your forms?

Can you confirm if you are using the "Get PDF" option at the top of your submission page

Or if you are using the PDF option below your submission data window.

We await your response to better assist you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I took a look and see that you have several jotforms with many submissions. Could you please tell us which jotfrom should we try and if there are any specific steps are needed - such as if specific date or fields should be set to recreate the issue.

I have also cleared your jotforms cache so please let us know if you are able to download the files now.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

I tried again but no go...

I'm here at this page http://www.jotform.com/submissions/41495237019961

View is currently set to 'this year'. and i click the bottom pdf button, then it says they'll be given 20 in 1 pdf until done.

Then they download, but are all the same.

    Hi John,

Currently I can only tell you that this issue got a status of 'very important' which means that our developer is already looking into the issue and its resolution. We can unfortunately not give you any specific time frame when this would be finished, but you will be updated here as soon as there are any new updates or the issue gets resolved.

In the meantime I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
