If I understand correctly, you want to share your application form with other people, is that correct?
If so, you can embed the form in your website. Please check the following guides: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page and https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
Or you can send an email with the direct URL of your form. In this case you would use the email option in the embed wizard

I was able to reproduce this issue, therefore I'm escalating this thread to our developers to report it.
In the meantime, you can use the URL you see on the top text box in the same screen and share the link manually.
