    Hi,

I checked your account and forms and you do have an active "Premium" subscription.  Your forms are also active and usable.  Bluesnap is our old payment processor, when you purchased your most recent year of premium, your account was transferred over to our new payment processor, Fastspring.   The emails you are receiving are in regards to your old subscription and do not have any impact on your current subscription.  According to our records, that should be the last email you receive from them.

As far as I can tell though, you should be all set with your current subscription and your forms are indeed active.  If you are still unable to use your account or forms, please let us know and we will look into it as soon as possible.

    Thank you David,

I actually found the forms in the trash can and it looks like they were deleted but the trash can not emptied. I am the only authorized user and I did not delete them so I am baffled. The important thing is that I was able to restore them. We did have an additional authorized user (old web designer) that I deleted when I found the forms in the trash. Are you able to tell who trashed them?

    Thank you!

Unfortunately we are not able to see which user deleted specific forms.  I did check our admin logs just to make sure and it was not from our end.  If you can recall which forms were shared with them and which were deleted, that may give you a bit more information.  Though there is not much we can do on our end.
