Jotform plugin for wordpress isn't working anymore

I started using the jot form embed form plugin for my wordpress site, when i started using it, i was working well this was about a month and a half ago. However, it is no longer working now, when I launch the page with the form instead of the form the plugin embed code appears. 

How can i fix this ?

I was able to reproduce the issue with the Wordpress Embed Form plugin, and it has been escalated to our Development Team.

In the meantime, you can try to add the form code manually. Get your form Embed or iFrame code.

Then, add it via a Text tab on WordPress.
