Hello, immediately after clicking the "Add JotForm Tab" button in the Embed Form settings, it seems Facebook opens a window and I get a generic message...
"An error occurred. Please try again later."
Any ideas? Thanks!

I have tried now on my side and from what I see it is working properly.
Do you have any Popup blocker installed? If so please allow popups on jotform since the ones that we use are only to help you set things up, like the authorization on Facebook.

I have tried different browsers, two different forms...
Attached is a screen shot... here is the URL inside the facebook url window

Thank you for the screenshot and the link. From what I can see I am being taken to a different page than you are, which is why I am not shown the error.
Following your link I can see the error as well.
Now I will clear your jotform cache, just in case it is the one causing this issue, but if it does not help you to connect to Facebook, please let us know and we will raise this to our developers to inspect.

Still no luck on my end...

Please try first clearing you browsers cache.
Please also try to log in first to your Facebook page on another tab before clicking the "Add JotForm Tab". Take note that it should be a Facebook page.
Hope this helps. If it is still the same then let us know so we can further investigate.

Still no luck on my end... still getting the same error message. I am trying to upload the form to my Facebook business page.

Update... I tried it with the Google Chrome browser and it worked... wouldn't work on IE or Firefox if that helps.

Thank you for the update.
I would say that it is happening because of the Browser Cache, but seems that my colleague had already given the instructions for this.
I am however glad that it worked for you and again thank you for the update.
Do let us know if you have any further questions.
