In this form, lets say if the customer decides to change mode of delivery or some reason comes back after hitting submit, the cart value field becomes 0

and therefore the CAD value in online payment option which is My order field also becomes 0

Is there anyway to avoid that from happening

    Hi,

May I ask how do customer "comes back" to the form after submitting?

Do you meant they use the Back button of the browser? Or reloading the page/form?

Going back to the already submitted form will reset everything. This is similar to refreshing the page or using the Clear action.

This is the normal behavior of the form.

If the customer already submitted the form for payment, they will have the opportunity to cancel the payment on payment processor page instead.

Example, if using Paypal payment, the custom can still decide not to proceed with payments once they are on the Paypal payment confirmation page.

The customer should be responsible enough and should understand that when they submit the payment form, there will a payment transaction. It is up to the customer then if they want to proceed with the payment or not.

IF they made a mistake and want to go back to the payment form, then they can do that by just reloading the form/page again.

I also suggest you check the Preview Before Submit Widget

This widget will allow the form user to review/preview the form answers before they finalize submission. Here is a demo jotform  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41624439572963 you can test.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
