I recently created a form and when I went to test it (Mac, FF7), I was unable to attached a 12k word docx file. After I clicked submit, I received the following error message:You can only upload following files: .pdf, .doc, .docxForm #: 12701902282Please advise. Thanks,Denise

I checked your form's Extensions settings and removed the dot (.) just before each file extension so that it becomes like this:
pdf, doc, docx
Then I tried to submit a docx file in your form and was able to submit it. Please try it also and let me know if it works fine with you or not.
Thank you and enjoy using JotForm!

Thanks, but it's still not letting me attach anything. I've tried doc, docx, and pdf (no more than 50k in size) and still no luck. :(
It seems to be specifically a Firefox issue (I tested using version 7), as I've tried on Safari and Chrome and it seems to go through just fine.

I built a form yesterday and I'm running into this issue as well. File upload field works fine in IE, Safari, Chrome, but not Firefox (version 7.0). It gives me the file extension error no matter what file extensions the field is set to accept.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
As we all know that firefox 7 was just release week ago, so I am sure there are some changes on the said browser that this may have caused, but I am pretty sure the jotform's development team are doing their best to fix this issue. Thank you.
