I hope you can help me with this. I want a form where someone can send message directly to the recipients email. It should have "Send to:" field where they can enter email. I also want to have a copy or cc when the recipient received the message.

I'm not sure if I understand it correctly, but I think what you are looking for is an additional notification setting in your "Email Alerts" using an Autoresponder, you can check our guide here: Creating an Autoresponder.
If I may also suggest, please do visit the following links, that should help you on further setting up advance email alerts.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

Thank you for your quick response! But what I need is a 'compose a message' form.
This are the fields in the form,
Suppliers E-mail (to be send to):
Is this possible? Thanks again!

Yes it is possible to create this form kind of form and have the notifications sent out. As stated by my colleague, you would have to use our Autoresponder and Email Notifications to achieve this.
You would create an Autoresponder to go to the email entered in "Suppliers Email" and you can create another to go to the email entered in "Email". If you would like the user to get the same email as the Supplier, you can create one autoresponder and add both fields as the recipient.
You would then set up and email notification to have the information sent to you.
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
