Integrate with a clients Salesforce not my own?

I need to create a form that will post to a clients Salesforce, not my own. So i dont have their login information. Is this possible? Thank you

You would need to talk with your client to ask them for the required details, since you would not be able to establish a connection to their account without their required details.
