I've downgraded my account, but it's still showing up as a Premium account

    I tried to downgrade a couple times.

    Upon checking your account, I see that you've successfully downgraded it.
    As you can see below, your account is scheduled to be downgraded on Dec. 18 2014

    You don't need to do anything else, on the mentioned date your account will be automatically downgraded by our system.
