We sign up new members to our team by collecting social security and credit card information. I need to keep this info 100% secure and confidential. We need to keep this info on file for future orders and tax filing.
Right now I'm generating an email when someone completes a form, which then contains all the data. Obviously that isn't secure. Should I just stop generating that email and if so, how do I do that? And if I stop generating the email, how do I know when I've received a new form submission?

Hi,
An email will always be generated when your form is submitted. You can however just remove all the sensitive data that would be included.
Remove the fields from the notification then save it and you will still receive your notification but it will not include the sensitive data.
