Unable to login to the Prepopulate Fields App

    I am using my regular JotForm log in credentials.  I see a message "log in successful" but then I'm re-directed back to the log-in screen.  I've tried in both FireFox and IE.  I was able to successfully authenticate another app.  Thanks!

    Could you please let us know if you are able to get to the screen below?

    After I clicked on the Allow button, I was able to see my forms list.

    Could you please also share a screenshot of what you see on your side? This will allow us to further investigate the issue.

    Also, please try to clean your browser's cache to see if it helps.

    No it never got that far...  I see the "log in successful" message briefly but then am directed back to the "Login to JotForm!" pop-up.  I did just try a 3rd browser (chrome) and got it to work.  Odd that it would fail in two of three browsers, when other apps work fine.  But anyway, I'll just use chrome for this one.  Thank you for the response!
