    No submissions received for my JotForm after clicking submit

    Hello,

     

    I have an application set up on our website and people are emailing me to confirm that I received it and jot form is telling them it has been received successfully but when I go into check to see if it was submitted, the application is not there.

     

    This is a huge issue that i need help with because we extended our deadline and now submissions aren't getting to us.

    Hi Dina,

    I presume that you are not getting emails of the submissions made on the jotform on that page?

    If so, I see that there are 2 submissions and that for both of them there was an email notifier sent:

    I do see that you did not set the sender name field which might be the reason why the emails are not being delivered to you (again if that is what you meant).

    Do let us know if that is the issue and give us more details of the issue in case that you meant that something else was the problem with submissions.

    No, that's not what I am referring to. My applicants are submitting their stuff adn getting a message from jot form that it has been submitted successfully, but when I go to check, nothing has been submitted.

    Thank you for clarifying the issue. I've tried submitting your JotForm and I am able to see my entry in your submissions.

    Also, as I check the email log it seems that you have received only 4 submissions. Could you try submitting this JotForm once again and let us know if the issue still persists.
