    Thank you for reaching out to the Jotform Support team. Your Form Caches may be the cause of this problem, so try clearing them. The steps listed below can be used to clear caches:

    1. Click on your Avatar top right side of your screen.
    2. Then click Settings. You will redirect to the Account Settings page.
    3. Scroll down to the Form Caches section.
    4. Click ON the Clear Cache button.
