In the grooming appointment form where it says services i would like to make 2 more categories. However the widget choice i'm not able to find, where they can click on the service they want then the amount

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume what you mean by ‘Grooming Appointment Form’ is the template form in this link.

The element used for categorizing into Cats, Dogs and Services is Section Collapse. Here’s how to use it:

• Open your form in Form Builder.
• Click on the Add Form Elements + on the left side of the page.
• At the end of Basic Elements you can find the Section Collapse element. Click on that element to add it to your form.

• Then, you can edit the item that appears.
