How to have Product Payment Tool that do not collect payment

Asked by DanBlum on December 05, 2014 at 06:19 PM

In one of my forms I have a product payment tool that is not associated with any collection company  (eg like paypal).   I want to create one of these product payment tools in a new form, but can't find where that (n on-associated)  tool is listed.  The only ones  I see are associated with a collection company (eg paypal).  I can't recall what I did when I created the original form.

Second question:  is the total for one of these product payment tools available for calculations

Regarding the non-associated payment tool.. were you perhaps looking for the Purchase Order payment tool?

The Purchase Order tool will allow you to have payments that will not use any of the available payment processor.

    Check it here: http://apps.jotform.com/app/purchase_order_app

Hope this help. Inform us if this is not what you need.

Another question along these lines.  I need your interpretation.  I understand and am abiding by the restriction not to ask for credit card information on my forms.  We are a tennis club.  Would we be violating your PCI conformance rules by collecting a member number on our form.   This number cannot be used (has no value)  outside of the club,  however, within the club it has certain attributes like a credit card.

If you are only getting the Membership Number used within your organization, this will not violate our terms of use since the membership number is your organization or club's specific/generated data and this can be used only on within the club.
