How Do I Insert Form Tools To Build my Form

I am trying to build my form using one of the jotform templates and unable to add or insert form tools into the form? Please help.

You have to edit your form into the form builder so you can drag the form tools from the side bar  to your form.

Example:

Actually when you clone a form template, you will be redirected to the form builder to edit the fields and styles. If you're not, just go to your My Forms page and edit the form.
