Why have my forms been disabled? Can they be restored?

Hey, I'm doing a forex on my forum page and I ask people to fill a quick form. I don't know why but it seems to be blacklisted  it says that the form has been disabled. Can you help me with it? I don't know if there's anything wrong with my form or if it's some kind of mistake. thanks

We apologize for the inconvenience, your forms have been enabled again. Our phishing detector system auto-suspended them, since we have thousand of forms to review, sometimes it might be hard to determine a good form from a phishing one.
