I am hosting a 5k benefit run.  I want to make online registration available for out of town participants.  First, do I need to set up a webpage to tie the jot form to?  And it will be in November, so after November can I downgrade to the free version until next year when we start registration again?  It is for charity so I don't want a lot of expenses.

    thank you for your help,

    Hi!

I understand JotForm operates as monthly subscription and does not tie you up anything longer than a month. You can downgrade easily and that's how flexible it is.

It is not required to have your own website since JotForm hosts the form for you. Simply provide your customers with the corresponding link and they will be able to fill up the form.

When setting up the form, you will know what link to give your customers by clicking Preview. The link will be similar to this http://www.jotform.com/form/12694244520 and will be unique to your form.
