What is the difference between the free plan and the premium plan?

Also on a side note I am trying to understand the big difference between the free forms and the next level up $9.99 so my simple question is: on the free forms how many forms can I do before I can not do any more. For Example if you say 10 forms does that mean if I do 10 separate forms for 10 different clients or if I do 10 forms for one client on one website ... that is my limit. Please expalin the hugh difference between the free form and the 9.99 one.
