I need some assistance creating an approval.
HR approves the hiring form and then it needs to go to 3 different departments for set up:
IT
University
ERP
I want each group to be able to indicate when their part is done
Please advise. I've watched the videos and can't seem to set it up this way. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Approval Flow of your AFS New Employee Set Up form? If so, can you clarify what you want to do with the Approval Flow? I can see there are disconnected Approvers. You can see in your Inbox if an Approver has Approved, Denied or has a Pending Approval. Take a look at our Approval Templates on this page so you can get an idea of how you want your Approval Flow to work. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
