This is so outdated function!

    This is so outdated function!!!! Your customers have asked for abandonment submission for years. Why don't you just make that function available??? There are so many requests made for it and all you do is send people to this pointless function "save your details"...

    Hello Raido,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I'm sorry for the difficulties that you are experiencing. I presume that you want the submissions not to be saved and continue for later. If so, you may disable the Save and Continue later feature. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder.

    If this is not what you mean, can you please explain to us a bit more in detail so we can have a better idea of what's happening?
