What does "Invalid Merchant Configuration" mean as an error message on my order form?

I just got an email from someone trying to place an order via the "Writer's Kit Order Form" and they got an Invalid Merchant Configuration error message, but I'm not sure what's wrong or how to fix it on my end. Someone else who tried to order previously got an error message a couple of times and then the order finally went through. Please help! Thank you!
