How many Monthly Submissions does FREE Subscription have

So, because I am using the free Jotform account, that will mean I only get 10 submissions from someone a month correct? I was under the impression that I would be able to embed the form on my site and get 100. Is there any other way around this? Or is my only option to pay for Jotform so that I have unlimited SSL submissions or look for another free service? I anticipate some months having around 50-75 submissions.

Please be noted that in free account, you can receive up to 100 normal / non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions per month. If any of the limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. 

If your anticipate that you will be receiving 50-75 submission only, you do not have to upgrade your account and free account should be sufficient. The only thing you need to ensure that you do not embed your form with its SSL / secure embed code or you do not have any payment question in your form.
