How to prevent submission emails from getting grouped.

    Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to make it so that forms come through individually, not as one continuous form, because I am unable to separate my contact forms into different folders. For example, when a next contact form comes through, I can not move one specific form to a folder (s/a cleared references, pending, not verifiable, etc) with out every previous form being moved to that folder as well. They are all attached. And If I try to delete one form from the folder, it deletes all of my previous forms.

Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hello elitegfecompanion,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that the submission emails you receive are merged and displayed together?

I did check your form's notification email alert and it seems you are using gmail id as the recipient emails address. Please be noted that gmail groups all email messages having same subject. If you want to see all submission emails as a separate email message, you will have to actually make the subject line unique for every submissions. Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Add "Unique ID" widget in your form.

    2. Edit your email template and add the unique id field name in the subject text box. Please check the screenshot below:

Once you add the unique ID in the submission email template, every submission email you receive will have a unique subject line which will ensure the emails are never grouped.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
