Jotform awards: Form's vote counter seems to have reset.

    Hi, I love jotform and what I can do with Jotform to satisfy my clients or to just simply have fun.

    I'm 1 of the 480 contestants running for the prize! But I noticed a flaw.

    I started out with 31 or so votes via my social media traffic. Now I have only 14 then 16 now I'm back to 14

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Do you mean to say that your votes were actually reset? That is very unlikely and none of the other users have reported this issue.

    We are only counting the unique IP address votes now. The votes from same computer are not counted. That's probably why the number has changed.

    No they were from my social media shares. And there is 5 people in my house
    with laptops and other devices.

    I just had gotten 4 of my friends in washington dc to vote for my form and
    they still says 16. It's weird.

    Yes you are correct, 2 of your votes went into wrong form. I have now fixed this, and there was also a glitch that prevented unique urls from your 6 submissions to our design contest.

    Yesterday I had my friends confirm their vote and 22 out of 100 confirmed
    there votes and I was still stuck at 16. Now I'm at 25 when I was at 26
    about 1 hour and a half ago
