We have a problem with the date widget. It does not display the date according to the format we preset. It only displays it like m/d/y however it is set to y/m/d in the notification emails.
Could you please look into it?

Hi MK Taxi,
Upon checking your form, I did tried to sent sample email to my email account and I see your date format is correct as in "y/m/d", check screenshot below.

Well, thanks for trying to help. Now please look at the date format you just marked for me to prove that there is no problem and check it again. It is m/d/y. This is my problem. I would like to set it to y/m/d but even if I do, the date will come in m/d/y format.

Sorry about that, Now I was able to replicate the issue and I see the problem, This issue are escalated now to the Developer Team and we will receive an update through this thread.

The issue is now fixed - any date format you configure in the widget settings will be reflected on the date picker and your submissions.
If you still experience further challenges, please let us know.
