Can I purchase JotForm for 24 months at a time?

I thought I remembered an option to purchase JotForms for 24 months. Currently I'm paying Bi-annually and I would prefer to pay up front for 24 months. Is that an option? If so, what is the rate?

Upon checking your account, I found that you have already upgraded your account to bi-yearly subscription which is actually a 24 months subscription. That means you have already paid for 24 months subscription.

Ok, cool.
I read Bi-annual to mean twice a year. Can you confirm form my billing dept. that it means once every other year.
