Jotform empty in mailprogram

    I have set up some fields, but when i ad the proper information, i receive just a mail with a empty form...

    What can be the problem?

    From what I see in the screenshot you're having a problem with receiving empty submission data in your email notification.

    Have you tried checking your jotform submissions in your account? If not then please refer to this guide - #How-to-view-Submissions

    Additionally, I checked your account but I don't currently see any jotforms listed. 

    Can you please provide us with a link to this jotform which you are having this issue?

    Something else you may want to check on your end is to make sure that your email notification is set up correctly. If it is not and there are no tags in it to connect your email answers to your form answers using the form fields box on the right-side then those would also cause it to appear empty.
