In the past I received an e-mail when a new form was submitted. I haven't been receiving those e-mails any longer. How do I fix my settings so I receive an e-mail when a form is submitted?

email@example.com is IN the bounce list

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.
So, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.
For now we have removed the guilty fields in the form. But you must refrain of making new forms like that, otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account.
