Is there any way you can fix this asap?

I see that the notifications are being sent to your email address.
You can also check the email history log from your account itself by following the guide below :

I am having trouble getting an email notification set up correctly.
I have created the form and added notification. The email notification does not arrive at the email account I set up in the form.
I did create a new sender email address. I received a confirmation number in an email. I have not been able to figure out what to do with the confirmation number. I simply can not find a place that will accept the confirmation number. Is this what is stopping the notification?
The account is firstname.lastname@example.org. The form is Prayer Request.
What am I miss understanding?
