I've been using jotform to create application forms for childcare services. However I would like to know if it's possible for completed forms to connect to a database program so that all the customer information is collated. This could be excel or something even more user friendly.
Thanks for your time,

Yes, you can integrate your forms with a CRM. Please check here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/crm to see which CRMs we currently support. Also, you can use our Google Spreadsheet integration to capture all your submissions directly to a spreadsheet.
If you have further questions, please let us know.

Thanks Raul. I just found the apps page and it was very useful indeed. I think we will trial Solve 360.
Cheers for the quick reply :)
