    Upgraded, but form is disabled

    I upgraded to premium plan on 5th December but my account is still not updated. Can you help me identify what is wrong?

    You purchased a Premium yearly subscription at a discounted rate of $45, also you purchased a monthly subscription upon seeing the account not upgraded yet, I assumed you wanted to cancel the monthly subscription and keep the yearly one. 

    Your account is a Premium status now, and I have requested the refund for the monthly charge. Let us know if you have more questions.
