I have a donation form that I just started today for donations going to a family for Christmas. Now this error! This does not make us look good. I just signed up for a year of service. Not so impressed now with your services.

Upon checking your account, I found that it is already active. It seems one of my colleague have already taken care of your account issues.
Do test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
