    I paid for yearly subscription but my account is not upgraded.

    First I just signed up for a year subscription to JotForm and it does not show that I have.

     

    Secondly I moved my Donation forms to your service however now it I get this error message that states the form is unavailable and we just started a donation campaign for a family that we as a Club have adopted for Christmas. This is great!

    Now I have just got a message that were are phising!

    If this matter does not get resolved quickly I will be forced to pull my business from your company.

     

    Not a good way to start with a new customer.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    First I just signed up for a year subscription to JotForm and it does not show that I have.

    Your account is successfully upgraded to premium yearly subscription. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.

    Secondly I moved my Donation forms to your service however now it I get this error message that states the form is unavailable

    It seems one of my colleague have already activated your account. Your form is working fine. Do test it again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
