Play embedded youtube videos based on some condition.Asked by Ben on December 09, 2014 at 08:28 AM5) With media like you tube videos, can you use them as controls or have them automatically play when a specific control is selected? ie. can you use video as 'guideposts' through the form and to give feedback?
I'm not sure if that's possible in our end. You can, however, check our list of widgets related to video, List of widgets categorize by Video.
Here's something that I can think of using the conditions feature that we have. We can add a rule that when an input field is filled, the YouTube video will be displayed. You can check my sample form here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43424358135958.
1. I add an input field named "Entry?" and a YouTube widget with a video link on it. We then want to add conditions on it.
2. We want to show the video when the "Entry?" input field is filled, we do this by choosing the "Show / Hide a Form Field".
3. This is now the rule I set on my condition.
I hope this helps or at least gives you an idea on how to proceed on your form. Feel free to contact us anytime if you need help on this.
