Date Picker: Users are able to select disabled dates

    People who fill out my form are still able to select dates that I disabled in the date range section. Can Jotform fix that?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked some of the disabled dates and it seems that they are disabled on your date picker field:

    Could you share with us a submission ID of a submission that was able to choose a disabled date?

    The most recent one was selected for 2/11/2023.

    I had 2023-2-10>2023-2-11 in the date range limit but the form still came through. Once I received the form dated 2/11/2023, I deleted the date range and listed the dates in the "disabled dates" listing.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to replicate the issue, but all the dates you mentioned are disabled in your form. I also checked your live form, but it was working the way it should. check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    1672415702 63af09d641434  Screenshot 10As indicated by my colleagues, if you can share the submission ID of a submission that was able to pick a disabled date, we can investigate what's going on with that submission.

    I cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions and this fixed glitches.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    I have dates in March currently disabled, and I just received a form with the requested date of March 24, 2023 today. THIS is the issue that I have been facing for months if not for the last couple of years.

    Thank you for getting back to us with additional details. I am sorry if your users are still able to pick a disabled date. I visited your live form and I see that March 24th, 2023 is disabled. I tried to go around it to see how the user was able to select it but I can't find any way to select the disabled date. See the screencast below:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form's cache as this is proven to be effective in removing minor errors on your forms. If you wish to perform this on your end, you can do so by following the steps available here. Also, can you provide us with the submission ID of the user who was able to pick a disabled date? We can use this information to investigate what is causing the issue and how to resolve it.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
