There are issues with width of a jotform on mobile devices. How do we fix them?

We also noticed that spacing from a width perspective is off on mobile phones. Part of the form gets cut off. Is this normal? How can we fix the problem?

    Hi,

We would need to know the URL to the page where this happens to inspect it which would allow us to know why that would happen.

If there are also some steps that are required to be taken, do let us know of them as well.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Thank you. You will see that the form is function, but cuts off on the right hand portion of the screen. The form should be centered on mobile devices. It does display nicely on laptops. I have not tested on an ipad or tablet.

    Hi,

I took a look at the website and I see what you mean. The issue is that the jotform fields are not made responsive.

What I would suggest is to add the Mobile Responsive widget to your jotform. You can see how to add it to your jotform here.

It should fix the issue with the fields by resizing them and re-positioning when viewed on mobile devices.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
