Sending Notification Email based on the certain property selection

Hello,

I am hoping there is a solution to my problem.

I am building my form as a reporting for to different Landlords of properties I represent across the state.

I would like to send each landlord a notification when I am reporting on there property.

Is there a way that if I select or type a certain property name within the form the program will send that specific landlord a submission notification?

I am hopeful there is a solution without having to build 20 different forms...
