Is it possible to pre-customize the Excel report we generate when we click on "excel"?

1. This may be a weird question but... it's not possible to pre-customize the Excel report we generate when we click on "excel," is there? Any tips or resources will be much appreciated (even if those tips/resources have to do with how to customize the excel spreadsheet after I open it)

Unfortunately, it's not possible to pre-customize an Excel report before downloading it.

In this case, I suggest you to create an Excel macro to customize the layout of the report once you've downloaded it. Check this guide, in which you can see the basics on how to create a macro. A macro would help you to automate the process that you would have to follow to customize the layout of each file.
